Mr. Vincent Lam, Chairman and Executive Director of Asiaray, has been appointed as a “Justice of the Peace” by Mr. Li Ka chao, Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China. This is recognition and recognition from the Hong Kong SAR government for the outstanding contributions made by Asiaray over the years.
