A dedicated team is highly crucial in effectively managing a high quality and diversified media portfolio.
We have about 800 professional employees to facilitate our expansion in a rapid and orderly manner with centralized five of our core functions.
We take a marketing-driven approach and our marketing team is responsible for maintaining and enhancing our brands to advertisers, owners and other stakeholders. Central Marketing Unit, based in Hong Kong, spearheads marketing activities, provides strategies and proposals, conducts research to promote our products and services, as well as takes responsibilities in supervising and training for local marketing teams in other business units. CMU also assists to establish local marketing and sales teams while acquiring new media resources.
We rely on the support of other four central units to prepare the hardware and software required for new projects, and unitize business philosophy, management system and corporate culture quickly and efficiently. The team will also help newly established or maturely developed business units to identify problems in their daily management and make timely adjustments, as well as improve competences of sales staff from the aspects of products, skills, mentalities, for fierce internal and external competitions.
Our operation team is responsible for setting up local teams to handle the installation, maintenance and dismantlement of advertisements, ensuring the compliance with the Group’s consistent safety standards. Central Operation Unit provides overall training and support to our local frontline operation teams to maintain high standards while expanding our business. It is also in charge of continuous quality control.
Central Finance Unit, based in Hong Kong, ensures our financial reporting, financial management and cost control consistent with company policies. The team is responsible for the group’s investment, capital and cash management activities. These policies are developed by the Chief Financial Officer and regularly reviewed by the board of directors and senior management, including different financial standards and indicators.
Innovation & Technology
We vigorously promote the development of digital out-of-home advertising and the research of big data applications. Central Innovation and Technology Unit carries out its work from the aspects of scenario-based out-of-home advertisement, programmatic buying, media inventory automation management system, media technology planning and so on. We hope we can give full play to the value of our media resources with the latest innovation and technology elements to keep abreast of forefront of the industry, and lead the out-of-home advertising industry.
