From 2010, the Lam Kwun King Memorial Fund Limited has set up summer camps in Beijing , Shenzhen, Shanghai, Hongkong and other metropolitans to provide a golden opportunity for the excellent students in Yunnan Province to broaden their horizon, increase their knowledge and appreciate the traditional Chinese culture. In 2019, the summer camp achieved a new milestone and set its first footprint in Hong Kong, which enabled students to have the chance to visit Beijing. During the visit, the students participated in the development of team spirit, watched the flag raising ceremony to strengthen patriotism, visited major museums to appreciate culture and art, etc., and at the same time, they also set up lofty aspirations.
